      AIM has been an amazing workplace, giving full authority and independence to come up with new ideas and explore new initiatives. Gives good platform for new bees to learn and explore. Leadership focuses on imbibing good practices to promote diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Only suggestion is to be a little more flexible with leaves and WFH options.
