CEO take days off for weeks and weeks and weeks. 5. CEO loudly claims not to be a micromanager, yet her actions scream ultra-micromanagement at every turn. 6. CEO expects employees to work like slaves. There is a hidden racism but she think she is smart enough not showing out. 7. Falsely accused someone of having an affair with her husband and fired that woman. 8. CEO and Quality Manager are uneducated and unprofessional. You cannt learn anything from here.
