Lack of involved management. Most management are rarely on site which is allowed by the CEO. Very few managers know what is going on in their department. They also say they do not like gossip but upper management does the most gossiping and believes the gossip instead of speaking to people about the truth. Stay clear of giving feedback when asked for it will backfire against you. They have been working on career ladders since before my 3.5 years at abs. They will gaslight you by saying they are working on them. We had an entire project about them and stopped right before they actually made them. They tried to rush them out due to complaints but again this was just a false narrative. They also do not care how you are treated. They allow sexual harassment to go on without consequence. They gave the harasser “rules” then allowed him to constantly still speak to myself and the other person involved. There is no real HR department to protect employees the bottom line is whatever the CEO decides.
