      Small, but focused outfit. Team approach, very effective. Superb external Team building. Great risk mitigation approach to business opportunities.

      Pros

      I loved the culture and positive feel of the company. I felt like I was empowered to change ANYTHING in the company, if I felt like I had a better idea how to do something. I ultimately leveraged my experience for my dream job and management was very supportive.

      Cons

      The company is growing like crazy and faces the normal pros and cons associated with a near vertical growth curve.
