Strong client relationships and diverse book of business. Excellent reputation in the market with clients and candidates. Collaborative and entrepreneurial working culture. Rita Raz, Dan Raz and Ilana Raz have created a close-knit, family culture within the company where there is mutual respect, healthy camaraderie and a strong work ethic. Friendly, helpful and enthusiastic colleagues. Mature working environment offering flexibility and autonomy. All recruiters have excellent domain knowledge and take the time to fully understand client needs. Very ethical business practice; recruiter are honest about what they can deliver to clients and professional with candidates to ensure their resumes are only sent out with their full knowledge and consent. Recruiters are passionate about delivering, intellectually curious and have a consultative mindset, they are proactive in offering clients advice across the entire life cycle of the talent acquisition process. Analytic Recruiting have served clients in a wide range of industries including Financial Services, Capital Markets, Advertising, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Technology and Consulting so can offer versatility with market coverage. Excellent database of candidates with strong quantitative, analytical and technological skills.

Pros

A lot of business.... they have a great reputation and there is a huge pool of clients and candidates. If you bring in a new client it's your business to grow. Good and fair commission structure. Good medical benefits. Management listens to employee's needs and is willing to adapt where possible..

Cons

you can't control which clients ultimately will hire so you need to keep a lot of balls in the air
