Pros
can't think of even one
Cons
Work-life balance is nonexistent. They are extremely understaffed and don't care if the workload is too much to handle. Company culture is toxic. No one there has a personal life and work is the #1 priority. You are expected you to stay up until 12am+ every night and it's encouraged to work during vacation days. They say they have unlimited PTO but don't let you take off more than 1 week at a time and if a deadline comes up during your planned vacation you need to cancel because they have no one to cover for you. Upper staff will make you feel guilty for wanting to take off. Can't get promoted for at least a year and a half. CEO boasts about how great the company is doing then when it comes time for bonuses all the sudden the company did not meet their goals so you don't get a full bonus. Compensation is very low and below market level.
