Pros
The product organization is full of opportunities. The products are in demand, client turnover is low, and the company recognizes the need to hire smart, capable people. Also, Hong (my SVP) is one of the nicest and smartest humans I've met (PhD from MIT). Moreover, the work-to-life balance is great (some of the negative reviews here are very surprising). Finally, there's also the company equity program with IPO planned 2-3 years from now.
Cons
It's not really a "con" but the products and data science behind them are complex and continuously evolving, so you really need to know what you're doing. You won't be bored.
