Pros
Used to be an okay culture but since the take-over - we were purchased by ACS/Comforce....everything has changed for the worse! This looks like a major Acquisition of multiple companies only to be sold in the coming months to a Huge company like a Man- power or something. Titanic anyone?
Cons
Sales and Recruiter commissions plans are Awful !! Lowest in the industry. Management only wants to hire new college grads that don't know any better and make 100+ calls a day.
