- most coworkers are nice - very casual culture, they allow remote but you need to ask - used to be great when there were more designers
Cons
- below market salary - some toxic male PMs in the company who don't know how to do their job and chat a lot of inappropriate stuff in the office - they have hired people incapable of doing their work - repetitive work, not creative enough, like a factory
