Pros

Hybrid setup and flexible working hours. Tenured officemates are nice and supportive with 2 exemptions. Office space is also quite nice and always clean. All peripherals needed for work are provided.

Cons

Let's start with the onboarding. Coming from an esteemed BPO company, I was used to a seamless onboarding process. However, it was opposite here. The HR folks are so uncoordinated and it seems there is no structured process. We didn't get any instructions about our BIR submission and was just surprised after a year when we didn't receive any tax refund. The NEO was all mixed so we had to attend the NEO for engineers based in cavite that has got nothing to do with our role and we had to endure it. The manager who hired me didn't even mention that I'm not going to be hired directly under ADI but, under MAXIM (ADI's acquisition). Their job listing was under ADI so who's in the wrong here? Speaking of the manager, she was the worst I have ever encountered in my years in corporate world. Just so self-serving and toxic. I honestly would've stayed if it wasn't for her. I've never received any OT pay ever. There is no work life balance here and management expects you to go above and beyond but will not promote you when you did. They only recently promoted someone from our team because of the mass resignation that happened. Talk about setting example! Career growth is almost non-existent as well. They made us submit a Career Development Plan but did not follow through. I could go on and on but you see that gist.

Pros

Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

Cons

A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
