ADI is a stable company with a very long and proud history in the semiconductor industry. Financially it is very well managed, and is very secure.
Cons
To a very large extent, ADI has become focused on growth through acquisition, and has lost sight of developing leading edge technology. This limits career opportunities for current employees.
