The reputation of this company has been slipping for years now. There so many issues within the company. Supervisors not being trained properly and promoting people that don't have the proper qualifications. Then sacking people for no real reason other than the supervisor not liking them. Not following the company's own policy's on terminations. They've lying about how the company is doing, People are leaving as the company has no orders
