Good company to work for, with some very well thought through processes, and supply chain systems are excellent Top management is excellent, with very good strategic thinkers present.
Cons
Analog is not the most dynamic of organisations, silo's exist here, its US centric, Middle management can be deemed to be like the civil service, with focus on the job in hand only
