      Started as a graduate and spent 14 years working for ADI in 3 different countries. Good conditions and a fantastic place to develop your technical career.

      Cons

      Frequent changes in management. Depending on the Business Unit it could appear that there is a lack of midterm strategy, or it just changes too often.

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
