      Pros

      Lots of talented people to help you out if needed. Good benefit package and wages for Spain Nice and friendly work environment More or less flexible work.

      Cons

      Management do and undo as they please. They never take responsability for their mistakes. Not too much training being offered. You need to use a tool without the knowledge on how to use it IT and CAD can be a PIA with fixing and helping out with tools. You are most of the time left alone and need to figure out how to use the buggy thing

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
