Pros
1. Good benefits: - 5% 401k regardless of employee contribution, additional 0.75 match for up to 4% of employee contribution. - Health and dental coverage is pretty good. Vision was added this year. - 12 weeks of maternity leave 2. Good work-life balance: hours are not crazy and people are generally understanding and co-operative. Flexibility to work remotely if needed. 3. Great bonus structure: Bonuses scale with seniority 4. 3 work-weeks PTO, increases with tenure within the company.
Cons
1. Frequent reorganizations, little visibility into products or strategy beyond your team, all-hands meetings are mostly 'good news' delivery mechanisms and there is little conversation 2. Employee services: IT, HR, Purchasing are very non-transparent and bureaucratic. 3. Pay is a little below average for technology jobs, I am not sure if the generous bonuses make up for the gap.
