      The company has decent growth, the products are very nice. Teams in India are not that great

      The atmosphere in India can be improved. Depends on the team you are working with, If the team is in core development its great.

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
