      Flexible hours. Interesting work. You can get involved in pretty much anything you are interested in. Good atmosphere. Good facilities. Pay was fair.

      Cons

      Some dead wood around. Can be hard to climb the ladder if you are not friends with the right people.

      Pros

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Cons

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
