- Management is a mess: The leadership team is completely out of touch with the day-to-day reality of the employees. They have titles but no real experience or understanding of how to run a business effectively. Their decisions often feel disconnected from the needs of the team. - Toxic Work Environment: They don’t care about employee well-being or work-life balance. The focus is entirely on pushing employees to their limits to make a profit, with little to no regard for the effort or time they put in. It’s a company that will exploit you as much as possible without offering fair compensation or appreciation for the hard work. - Low Retention: The company has a ridiculously high turnover rate because people quickly realize they’re not valued here. They may seem friendly and promising during the interview process, but that’s just a tactic to get you in. Once you’re hired, you’ll find the salary is below average for the industry, and the benefits aren’t great either. Most people leave after a year, and it's no surprise why. - Lack of Growth Opportunities: There are very few opportunities for real advancement or professional development. Employees are stuck in their roles, with no clear path to move up. The management seems more interested in maintaining the status quo rather than helping employees grow. I wouldn't wish this kind of work environment on anyone. If you're looking for a place where you're respected and compensated fairly for your effort, this is not it. Look elsewhere.
