      Pros

      Managers take genuine interest in your personal and professional goals. Coworkers are very smart and seasoned software engineers. They go out of their way to share knowledge. There is very little admin work. If you are not interested in business development, then you can just let them know and not feel pressured to work on them.

      Cons

      You need to be a bit assertive and take initiatives. There is no formal mentoring, so if you don't have those personalities, then it is going to be difficult.

      Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. We do care very much about our employees and our managers make every effort to offer continuous and real time engagement. While we feel this approach works well, there is always room to grow. We continuously examine ways we can offer more to our employees and will further explore the benefits of a formal mentoring program.

      Pros

      Company culture with leaders who really care about people, customers, and doing the right thing. Lots of fun events to connect with colleagues. Lots of high-end swag (e.g., North Face, Yeti, etc). Small business feel with bigger business stability and growth potential.

      Cons

      No workplace is perfect, but nothing that rises to the level of a "con". AnaVation is a great place to work.
