Pros
Great product in a growing space. Strong partnerships with many vendors and suppliers. Good software. Willing to adapt to customer needs. New CEO is a true believer and motivated to solve problems.
Cons
Stuck with Ricoh print heads, which make the product extremely expensive, when smaller competitors use more disposable heads easier to replace when they wear out.
