      -The management ask a lot of you -The workload is often over ambitious for a work day, so overtime is a given -Competitive environment at times -Promise of progression that is never realised

      Pros

      Great products, local production. Employees in three different locations. Interesting commercial customers.

      Cons

      Headquarter is in the UK. Ever so often a manager swoops in to bring the latest strategies for the U.S. to implement. May not be the best modus to maximize profits here.
