Pros
The pay is decent. Great for students who want to make money on the side. This isn't a career, more a job while at university.
Cons
Changed the commission pay four times in 2014 (less pay). Commission payout was tricky meaning sales rep's didn't get paid for several activations. Plus there were no details as to what got paid and what didn't. Store managers worked long hours 60+. A lot of movement between stores without much notice. Upper management played a lot of games, promoted favorites rather than merit. Lot of empty promises.
