      Cannot think of any pros.

      Cons

      100% Travel. 6 AM flight Monday home at midnight Friday. Paperwork Saturday. Pack bags on Sunday. Benefits suck and are seriously uncompetitive. No educational benefits. Restrictive non-compete.

      Amtech is booming, and it’s a very positive and healthy environment that people who are motivated can thrive in.
