None. Poor working conditions, not enough staff, levels of managment at Store Level not realistic. Managers at Store Level are not allowed to recruit as they are not seen as capable. They pay more attention to a Company Audit, which they can be fined for if they fail, than any EHO and the standards across this Company are down right dangerous.

Work here if you want to work a 60 - 70 hour week, over 6 days (that is if you can get a day off) No Holiday Pay as they reject any request for holiday or just do not pay their staff when they go on holiday. Hours will be deducted from Hourly paid staff if they want to. Sick pay does not exist - SSP is never paid.

Amsric is a great company to develope a career. If you work hard, your efforts get rewarded. All you need is a can do attitude and you'll go far. I started as a Team Leader and now run my own Restaurant and have a great team beneath me. The above store management listen to what you have to say... if you can back up what you are saying. We had an All Expenses paid conference last year with a meal and hotels. Bonuses are real and achievable. I have a great Area Manager who is very knowledgeable and aging worked his way up!

The hours are long but the more you put in, the more you get out. Like any job, you have to graft before you see results...
