      Pros

      I had great opportunity to progress, a great training session in HO, lots of competent people took care of me while developing my skills and abilities

      Cons

      Tough to fight with some people who did not want the best of the company but looked for their own benefit

      Pros

      None. Poor working conditions, not enough staff, levels of managment at Store Level not realistic. Managers at Store Level are not allowed to recruit as they are not seen as capable. They pay more attention to a Company Audit, which they can be fined for if they fail, than any EHO and the standards across this Company are down right dangerous.

      Cons

      Work here if you want to work a 60 - 70 hour week, over 6 days (that is if you can get a day off) No Holiday Pay as they reject any request for holiday or just do not pay their staff when they go on holiday. Hours will be deducted from Hourly paid staff if they want to. Sick pay does not exist - SSP is never paid.
