      At Amsive you're surrounded by so many supportive, intelligent, and amazing people. Everyone wants to help you succeed and progress in your role and cheer you on along the way. I have never worked in such a positive environment where there is teamwide morale like there is here.

      Cons

      I don't live near the office so I don't get to visit my amazing co-workers in person very often.

      Pros

      Awesome place to get a ton of experience from people who are good at their jobs. Technical training, a bit of client work, and good practice.

      Cons

      Internship was unpaid which....come on. Sometimes the internship program felt a bit scattered, but other than that, no real complaints.

      There are still pockets of employees who want to do great work and are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Terrible pay. Leadership is horrendous and does not take feedback. Long hours are expected at an agency, however you’re expected to work 55+ hour weeks.
