Pros

-the people are absolutely incredible. Some of the smartest and most talented people in the industry. -the company culture is really unique and welcoming. It really feels like you get to work with a bunch of your friends. -perks are crazy good. Actual unlimited vacation policy that you’re encouraged to take advantage of. Health insurance deductible is paid by the company. Your 401k is vested immediately (this is huge). Holiday parties and happy hours are a ton of fun. Even the virtual holiday parties are fun. A lot of people are involved in making these events as entertaining as possible. -remote work flexibility. A lot of fully remote hires over the last two years -no one was laid off when the pandemic hit or since then -remote work stipend to get yourself set up with an office at home -easily accessible management and leadership team. Talking to the founders feels like talking to coworkers, not your bosses boss. -learning opportunities (and stipend). Monday morning meetings are educational opportunities lead by coworkers and you end up learning a lot both within your skill set and outside of it

Cons

My personal experience here has been really great.

Pros

Awesome place to get a ton of experience from people who are good at their jobs. Technical training, a bit of client work, and good practice.

Cons

Internship was unpaid which....come on. Sometimes the internship program felt a bit scattered, but other than that, no real complaints.

Pros

There are still pockets of employees who want to do great work and are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Terrible pay. Leadership is horrendous and does not take feedback. Long hours are expected at an agency, however you’re expected to work 55+ hour weeks.
