For example, if we require some corporate pricing or some customized plan for valuable client then we can get it in the shortest possible time. Such quick responses really help inspire the clients and feel them the professionalism of the company and its staff. Amreli Tech has an edge with its innovative products. Company has a very good corporate culture and everyone in the company learns from each other here. I found it a very fair and ethical company with an above average perks and emoluments. Management is easily approachable and they listen to employees. They give a lot of advice but give you free hand to accomplish the tasks at your own without a lot of meddling. What I admire most is the undeniable passion for the success that is really an indication for high future growth.
Cons
Like other technology industry companies, work pace is very fast and if you do not produce desired results and do not work hard to accomplish your assigned tasks then you would face problems. Sometimes, this also requires extra time and effort in order to keep on advancing with their job. This approach needs to have some sort of flexibility. If a long-term performer does not perform in one quarter then he should be given some time and opportunity to show his best efforts and deliver again what he is expected to deliver.
