Top management is very supporting and conscientious, and they are very much committed to solving the problems, the customers, and success. They foster team attitude among their staff. Chief Executive Office is very passionate and zealous. Staff, in general, is also very nice with excellent skills. Company has developed a good number of employees from junior positions and also hired some good people with vast market knowledge and a willingness to work in a team to advance this organization too. Amreli technology is a very fast paced environment. This is still a small organization unlikely to giant companies, so one person can make a difference and can be clearly identify oneself through some strong deliverable. This is a place for people who really work hard and there is no space for the timid and those who in a habit of look busy and do nothing. Shortly, a person would not be bored at Amreli technology.
Cons
There are a lot of expectations from the employees. High expectations work as double edge sword for the employees. It is not an easy task to do minimum or less efforts and get a regular pay check. You have to be better at listening to management so that you can understand well what they are expecting from you and your position. An employee has to know her stuff and be up o date in her role and responsibilities.
