Pros
Amreli Tech is a good place for the starters like me to learn the full set of skills required to build your career. People, at Amreli Tech, are thoughtful and customer oriented so they truly view the clients’ business as their own and work hard to solve their problems. For some it seems to impose stress, extra pressure from the employer or running extra miles from the original work plan. On the other hand, it provides an opportunity for quick learners to acquire and polish their analytical and problem solving skills and providing the best solutions within the shortest possible time. Some people may not absorb these strict timelines and come up with complaining attitude but it gives a splendid platform for the hard workers. I am doing my own free lancing work after serving two years at Amreli, Tech, and I feel that I learnt all the skills to cater hardest tasks and difficult customers from my employer, Amreli Tech. It was Amreli Technology, which taught me to focus on customers’ needs and work hard to solve the problems while remaining calm, courteous and creative.
Cons
As I discussed, there are a lot of work life challenges exist for the employees likewise working in any other Information technology company. Occasionally, these jobs are strictly time-barred with impatient clients and sometimes, people working on these assignments do not treat the stress as a positive factor and feel over-burden. So if you can’t handle the stress, then it could be difficult to work in this organization. And of course it will be far difficult to acquire strong management skills, whether you are planning to carry out your own business or search for another job.
