Pros

Unlimited PTO Last week of December off

Cons

This company is struggling to keep its head above water. Bought a med comms company, The Lynx Group, in 2022 and did not understand nor care to understand the business model. The retention rate has to be significantly low as most employees do not last a year. HR, finance, and legal is an actual nightmare. Executives hire their friends who have no relevant experience. As an oncology company, the CEO couldn’t even pronounce ASCO right. Amplity refused to pay out the sales people’s commissions and expected them just to understand. There is no room to grow here - forget about raises and bonuses as Amplity is too busy hiring people to “save the business.” They had a market access arm, which since dissolved since no clients want to do business with a corrupt company. Most of the leaders of the business units Amplity bought have since left or have been fired. There is absolutely no communication from higher ups. When someone leaves, you find out from a bounce back email.
