      Great benefits. Company Leadership is good. Competitive pay. Bonus structure comparable to big pharmaceutical companies. No stock options. Good way to get in the door of big pharma through Amplity contract. Unlimited vacation. Fully Remote.

      Cons

      A contract position is not as stable as an FTE. Potential to be laid off for a few months and rehired as new projects are available.
