      Pros

      Kind of responsibilities given here for young team members is pretty good. The senior management team is very supportive and the team members are excellent. it just like a college atmosphere with good facility and loads of learning.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work is not structured. I guess this is a problem of fast growing startup

      Pros

      While the company itself might not be good, the team i have is really good and we have our fun. Have managed to make some very good friends over here.

      Cons

      The overall environment here is not at all good, we sometimes have to work for over 12 hours, sometimes till late into the night. All this with no recognition or appreciation. Also the top management does not respect anybody.
