      Amplio is a growing, profitable company with the right priorities: adherence to core values, personal/professional growth for employees, strong results for clients, opportunity for career development, open door policy with executives. The company promotes financial literacy for all employees, and leverages proven operational and organizational frameworks, systems and tools - Amplio employees are more marketable in their career whether they stay at Amplio or move on in their career.

      Cons

      The pace is fast and employees are expected to contribute to the growth of the business. The core values are not for everyone, and if you aren't entrepreneurial you probably won't be able to align with the growth trajectory.

      Pros

      Management is constantly looking at how to improve the company and will listen to suggestions from all areas. Amplio tries to be transparent with decisions and information as much as possible. There are lots of ancillary perks to working there (unlimited PTO, flexible hours, and many personal development programs). Amplio is also growing quickly and focuses on employees first.

      Cons

      As with any start-up, it takes people who can thrive without a strict structure and can find answers for themselves. They are working on organizing procedures and information every day, but the nature of the business changes rapidly and the company is growing quickly so things will change quickly and employees will be forced to change with them.
