None it was a really great place to work.

Management is constantly looking at how to improve the company and will listen to suggestions from all areas. Amplio tries to be transparent with decisions and information as much as possible. There are lots of ancillary perks to working there (unlimited PTO, flexible hours, and many personal development programs). Amplio is also growing quickly and focuses on employees first.

As with any start-up, it takes people who can thrive without a strict structure and can find answers for themselves. They are working on organizing procedures and information every day, but the nature of the business changes rapidly and the company is growing quickly so things will change quickly and employees will be forced to change with them.
