      Unrealistic sales expectations !!!!! Low pay and lowest commission structure! I was fired after having over 40k (received 1300 in commission for that) in delivered premiums and submitting over 200k in policies within a 3 months span.

      I learned a lot about IULs and how to properly structure a policy. I also learned some very valuable information about underwriting. Very close team with exceptional management.

      Cons

      Fast paced which isn’t necessarily a con but definitely have to be very organized to keep things straight since you are remote.
