Interesting company with a talented CEO. In addition, the company's owners are committed to the education space in a big way. And they have big resources. Even so, I am not sure this company will be a long term winner. It has had management problems in the past. And lost News Corp. a ton of money.
Cons
I work a lot with the President and COO who, in my opinion, is a superficial woman whose greatest skill is playing office politics and kissing up as opposed to doing a good job. I have no idea what the CEO and the Board were thinking.

Thank you for letting us know. We have the utmost confidence in the leadership of our Amplify executive team and board of directors. We value feedback from all of our employees, customers, and partners, and we appreciate that you took the time to write a comment about your experience.
There are some very dedicated, talented and well intentioned people who work there. For awhile it felt like the organization was building and doing great things. The salary felt fairly competitive with the industry standard.
Cons
Don't look too closely under the hood if you don't want to stop believing in the illusion. The product is no longer as strong as it once was, the PD and CS have gone way downhill, they care more about profit than people and they are no longer mission driven but success and money driven. They talk a good game, but many people there are ruthless so watch your back. They do a good job of making you feel like it's the best place to work and you are lucky to be there, for awhile, but when the blook is off the rose, watch out.
