We are fortunate to have people here who do truly care about Amplify, the work they do, the people they work with, the community, and our members. It starts with Paul, our CEO, and our senior leadership team. It’s a challenge running a company with over 200 employees and almost 60,000 members. At Amplify, we count on every team member to participate in and understand our business so that we are able to make the best decisions possible. The leadership team, like all of us, strives to learn from both our missteps and our successes. It seems our successes outweigh our shortfalls: our member satisfaction and team member morale ratings are consistently high, and we continue to successfully grow the credit union, offering more products and services to benefit our members. We always have more to learn, but we have a committed leadership and 200+ smart and caring people on the team to keep us on the path to success.
