Co-Workers: We hire genuine, passionate, curious people! Partners: I feel heard by our Partners and appreciate their humility when things don't always go as planned. Operations: They put a lot of energy into building events for consultants to stay connected. Day to Day: Remote work is so great! I don't feel micromanaged. Recharge: Unlimited PTO is a blessing. Cons
Processes: We're a growing company, coming from the start up to mid-size. That being said, inherently we're going to experience trial and error when it comes to finding the right processes that fit for our unique cool company. We're in that now, living it, so it can be a little rocky at times.
