Management style is stuck in the 70's. Too much ego with the CEO and COO, senior management talkings about whating to improve but ignores feedback and only wants to do things their way. 'Do as i say, not say as i do'

- Early finish on Friday - Nice, and many talented colleagues - Good sales managers - Occasional treats provided by directors - Celebrate orders 10k and over - Dog friendly - Attention to birthdays/engagement/weddings, with a card - Weekly training scheduled on various topics - Annual event in the Summer, out of office - Unlimited Tea and Coffee
