A lot of turnover while I was there

The biggest asset, Ampler, are its people. The kindest, warmest, funnest and open-minded people I have ever met. Most importantly, they are all so skilled and smart, so I feel I learn every day something from them. I feel I have always support of my team as a manager and I do my best to return it. Company culture in Ampler is very value based and everybody does their best to live up to the values.

High level of independence and decision-making skills are expected, so it might fall hard for some employees.
