Pros

Honestly, nothing. You should avoid.

Cons

Company is a scam. The CEO markets top talent to clients and it is the very opposite. Doesn’t follow up on contract promises etc. Let go of most staff because he had no clients and then started rehiring when he got clients. Beware. Your contract means nothing.

Pros

I’ve been working here as a data scientist and it’s honestly been a great experience. The team is friendly and always willing to help out, and I get to work on interesting AI projects that actually make a difference for clients. There’s a lot of room to learn new things and try out ideas, and I appreciate the flexibility with remote work. Overall, it’s a supportive place where you can grow and feel like your work matters.

Cons

There are occasional tight deadlines, but thoroughly manageable.
