Pros
I’ve been working at AmpiFire for over a year. I had no prior experience in my current role, but Chris and my former manager, Jeff, offered me the position as a leap of faith. It’s the opportunity of a lifetime, and I’m extremely grateful for it. AmpiFire is a place to grow, learn, and advance. There is no formal invitation to step up; you simply need to put in the effort, crave greatness, and show ambition. You will find colleagues who will do everything they can to support your professional growth and improve your skill set. In return, you’ll reap the rewards of that effort in the form of praise and monetary compensation. It is the ideal environment for passionate people. The product is unique and focused on helping small businesses compete. It is easy to become attached to its potential not only for yourself but also for the millions of users who upgrade their businesses with it and for those yet to come who will benefit greatly. The workplace atmosphere is extremely pleasant. If you are friendly, well mannered, and committed to strong work ethics while also expanding your skills beyond your core responsibilities, you will find mentors eager to share their knowledge. No one holds back information; everyone treats you with courtesy provided you do the same. About the CEO: imagine the stereotypical “evil CEO” from movies and now picture the complete opposite. That is Chris Munch: humble, kind, compassionate, and exceptionally intelligent. He is a visionary. I sincerely enjoy working at AmpiFire. It does not feel like work; it feels like an extension of my passion.
Cons
-There was a previous issue with organization, but we are currently addressing it. -I cannot think about anything else.
