People find new jobs within one year of being hired. Management & HR don't give directions. When receiving quotes always choose the cheapest quotes no matter their previous history which is usually poor. The marketing department doesn't understand the scope of work when they ask certain requests & no one monitors them which wastes resources. They actually gave work to a competing company. This was learned when the decision & company was left written on the white board in one of the conference rooms. It was up there for many weeks.
