Great product, low pay - Engineer Amphenol PCD Employee Review

Amphenol Pcd is growing by leaps and bounds and although there are open positions that need to be filled, I have found that management is very supportive. The total comp is competitive for the area, work-life balance, opportunities for growth and development, beautiful, updated facility, robust fun employee engagement events (ie. annual summer carnival for employees and their families, pop-up events such as the Cookie Monstah truck, etc.), corporate wellness program is amazing, general manager is awesome!

The cons I have experienced at Amphenol Pcd appear to be related to the global issue of talent shortages in the area. The company seems to be handling this issue the best they can at this time. Thankfully, business is booming at APCD, which is a lot better than what was happening at my former employer, who has been dealing with reductions in force all year.
