Pros

-Worked as Marketing administrator for a little over the year and was able to change position into sales which was more financially lucrative. -Absolutely loved my boss and the people in my department (obviously every department is different though). -Never felt micromanaged, my supervisor definitely guided me but helped me learn the task as well. -Great way to get your foot in the door in the pharmaceutical industry.

Cons

-Starting pay for many positions is less than desirable, although you do get raises etc. -30 minute lunches

I loved working here. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Great training. No micro managing. You come in do your work, ask questions as needed. Very relaxed work environment
