Collegial work atmosphere, good comp and work/life balance

New management has been ineffective

Management cares about its employees and their safety. The new CEO has taken steps to grow the Company which has not been done for more than a decade. Although prior depressed business conditions required cost cutting measures to be taken, the market seems to be rebounding and hopefully the company will return to profitability. CEO rating below is not Robert Paul (retired in 2014), it is John Stanik.

It operates in cyclical industries which leads to periods of depressed market conditions.
