      Pros

      Everyone who works there is helpful, efficient and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure everything is well taken care of. I believe my salary to be at fairly priced level. Without their help, I never would have gotten the opportunity to work at a company I've only dreamed of working for.

      Cons

      The only thing that bothers me - and not really that much - was that I got hired during the holiday season and I don't get to go to company parties since I don't officially work for the company I was placed at.

      Pros

      I just finished my contract with Amovius. They were great to work with. I was able to work from my home office on this contract.

      Cons

      I am not excited about going back into an office environment.

      The other developers are great

      Cons

      I have had 4 bosses over the past year. The owner has no idea that he is running off really good people. It seems like they change direction every 3 month. there is not structure to the organization. The owner definitely has favorites and thinks everyone on the staff are idiots. It seems like the company is the just a play toy for the owners ego.
