Pros
There is a very relaxed dress code, they don't hold to strict hours, allow for people to bring in pets... which can be as good as bad.
Cons
Too much drama for such a small company. A lot of back door deals between management and playing favorites. They make a lot of promises and rarely keep their word. Very high turnaround rate. Don't expect much of any growth opportunities. It's not rare to see management reorganize itself on a monthly basis. There is next to no consistency in cultural rules/policies month to month.
